On September 15, 2023 the chairman of the Constant commission of Council of the Republic on the international affairs and national security Rachkov Sergei took part in online meeting of geopolitical group "Eurasia" of the Inter-parliamentary union. The Eurasia group provides coordination of joint actions of parliamentary delegations of the states — participants of Commonwealth of Independent States in Ministry of Railways.
