In Terek in average to school No. 4 of Rustam Abazov there took place the festive event devoted to opening of a memorial board to the graduate of schools – Rashidkhanov Ruslan (Goshokova) to Rashidkhanov Ruslan , lost during special military operation in the territory Ukraine. The lance sergeant, the driver-hospital attendant of a medical company Rashidkhanov Ruslan (Goshokov) with risk for life evacuated the wounded military personnel directly from the line of fighting contact.
