"Outstanding achievement": as the Soviet station "Zond-5" carried out the flight of the Moon first in the history

55 years ago the USSR started automatic interplanetary station "Zond-5" which for the first time in the history made flight of the Moon and returned to Earth. During flight Earth was for the first time photographed from distance of 85 thousand km, and two turtles who were onboard "Probe-5" became the first of terrestrial living beings who could fly about the Moon and return back. According to analysts, start of "Probe-5" became important achievement of the Soviet designers within implementation of the lunar program.
