The draft of the report on carrying out a new assessment is published at the end of August on a site of City managements a cadastral assessment. Under it 3,4 million objects got: buildings, constructions, incomplete projects, rooms, parking places. As the head of committee of the property relations Leonid Kulakov told online newspaper "Fontanka.ru", the cost of buildings on the average increased somewhere by 1,5 times, non-residential premises — approximately twice, inhabited — by 87%.
