Astronauts on ISS congratulated "All-russian society of disabled people" on Sakhalin Region on the 35 anniversary

In Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk the festive event devoted to celebration of the 35 anniversary from the date of educations to the Sakhalin regional organization ALL-RUSSIAN SOCIETY OF DISABLED PEOPLE took place.
