President of the United States Joe Biden to Robert Khanter Bayden brought to the son charges on three points connected with storage of the weapon. About it with reference to judicial documents reported TV channel "NBC News". Two points of charge are connected with filling of a form of the use of the forbidden substances upon purchase a revolver in the fall of 2018. According to the third point, Robert Khanter Bayden owned firearms during the use of drugs. The maximum term on the first two points makes 10 years of imprisonment, and on the third – till five years of prison, specifies the channel.
