Prosecutor's office of Zabaykalsky Territory approved the indictment on criminal case about plunder diesel fuel in especially large size

The deputy prosecutor Zabaykalsky Territory Magomedov Talekh approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 38-year-old inhabitant of Krasnoyarsk and his 9 accomplices from Zabaykalsky Territory and other regions Russian Federation. Depending on a role and extent of participation they are accused on h. 4 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (fraud, made by the organized group in especially large size) and h. 3 Art. 160 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the assignment made by a group of persons on preliminary arrangement in a large size).
