The first largest international forum SPROUTS — "Russia-China: mutually beneficial cooperation" passed on September 7-8 to Kazan. It is a new annual platform for developments economic cooperation between the Russian regions and the Chinese provinces. More than 7 000 participants participated in the Forum from 25 countries of the world and 58 regions of Russian Federation, among which more than 600 representatives of Heavenly Empire, including guests from provinces Province of Shandong, Hunan, Province of Sichuan, Province of Anhui, Province of Heilongjiang, Province of Zhejiang, Chongqing, Province of Guangdong, Province of Hebei, Province of Yunnan, Province of Liaoning, Qinghai.
