Czech Republic will not extradite to Ukraine deviators

Czech Republic does not intend to give out to Ukraine the Ukrainians who were in its territory evading from service in VSU, reports the Czech portal of idnes. According to its data, this decision is connected with the European convention which excludes an extradition for military crimes — for example, for evasion from military service, desertion or non-compliance with an order. According to a portal, to Czech Republic there are less than 90 thousand Ukrainians which "theoretically could serve in army".
