This week Minsk and the Russian Omsk officially became twin-cities. As it is specified in Telegram Minsk city executive committee, the agreement on establishment of the twinning relations and cooperation was signed on September 11 the chairman of Minsk city executive committee Vladimir Kukharev and the mayor by Omsk Sergei Nikolaevich Shelest. Omsk became the 33rd twin-city of the Belarusian capital. Such step towards each other not only will expand possibilities of interaction, but also will strengthen the existing relations. The management of the Russian region and showed earlier interest to production of the domestic enterprises. And new opportunities will help...
