The deputy prosecutor Malokarachayevsky district Muradov Medin took part in meeting of the commission on affairs of minors and protection of their rights of Administration of the municipal district Malokarachayevsk. During action administrative materials about attraction to administrative responsibility of minors according to p.1 Art. 12.7 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences for management by vehicles without driver's licenses, and lawful representatives of minors – according to p.1 Art. 5.35 of the Code of the Russian Federation on Administrative Offences (non-execution of duties according to the contents and education of children) are considered.
