The journalist Gennady Mozheyko transferred to a Vitebsk colony

To the journalist "daily newspaper "Komsomolskaya pravda"" is brought to the political prisoner charge under two articles of the Criminal code: excitement of social discord (UK Art. 130) for article about Zeltsera and Lukashenko's insult (UK Art. 368). It is known that case of an insult was allocated in separate production. On March 23 judge Falkovskaya Tatyana sentenced Gennady Mozheyko Mozheko to three years of imprisonment. On June 16 the Supreme court considered the appeal complaint the political prisoner. Judge Vladimir Cheravach left complaint without satisfaction, and the sentence remained without change.
