The report on sports and mass actions of managements on physical culture and sport from September 04 till September 10, 2023. From September 06 to September 08, 2023 in Saransk the II stage (final) of the IV All-Russian summer Sports contest of disabled people of 2023 - competition in track and field athletics of sports of persons to intellectual violations took place. 128 athletes took part in competitions from 17 regions Russian Federation.
