Argentem again conducts negotiations on purchase AHMSA with Federal government United Mexican States

The American investment fund Argentem Creek Partners conducts again negotiations with Federal government United Mexican States about purchase the steelmaking companies Altos Hornos de Mexico (AHMSA). Investment fund wants to receive a delay on payment $520 million which AHMSA ran into debt to the state in case it gets assets of companies. Argentem Creek Partners even in the winter of 2022 offered the Mexican authorities the plan for AHMSA rescue from "a debt hole".
