In Government of Kaliningrad region find out, whether new restrictions on entrance to EU on the personal car will concern citizens who cross border according to the simplified transit documents. The head of agencies on the international and interregional relations Alla Ivanova told that officials now expect the answer from central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, reports online portal "Novy Kaliningrad.Ru".
