On elections Council of people's deputies of the Semiluki city municipal area Voronezh Region the seventh convocation on the district No. 11 where on elections six people by last name Vakhtin Vladimir moved forward, the victory was won by the independent candidate Chernykh Alexander. As appears from SAS Vybory data, 1 161 person whereas for six registered candidates by last name Vakhtin Vladimir in total votes were given by only 433 persons voted for it.
