Estonia counts on confiscation

Estonia can the first in Europe confiscate the Russian assets for helps to Ukraine. The government has to approve the bill of it in the next two weeks, declared information agency "Bloomberg" chapter Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Estonia Margus Tsakhkna. After that the document will transfer to parliament. As specifies agency, the Russian companies own to Estonia assets approximately on €35 million. For withdrawal of the arrested property the republic prepares legal base nearly a year. As specified in the country Ministry of Foreign Affairs, process was complicated already by current laws about protection of a private property.
