The Italian company 3Green, specializing on technologies in the field of VIE, sent demands to Ministry infrastructure and transport of Republic of Italy and administration of port of Pozzallo about providing 40 years' concessions on a water area site at the coast of Sicily for constructions to floating VES Euribia. New VES design capacity of 660 MWt it is planned to construct in 40 km from Pozzallo, in Malta Channel where depth of the sea makes 130-140 m.
