SAP buys company on management LeanIX software

The German producer of the software for businesses SAP declared acquisition of companies LeanIX specializing on management by the software. According to the edition of information agency "Reuters", the purpose of this transaction is expansion of a portfolio of transformation businesses SAP. Among investors companies LeanIX were Insight Partners, Deutsche Telekom AG Capital Partners, Capnamic Ventures, Iris Capital, Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. and Dawn Capital.
