In Republic of Khakassia fictitious marriage nullified

Ust-Abakan district district court Republic of Khakassia satisfied the statement of the prosecutor of the area for recognition invalid the marriage concluded between the citizen of Tajikistan and the citizen Russian Federation. During carrying out check of performance of the migratory legislation it is established that between spouses it is got married in 2021 fictitiously, without intention to establish a family. Spouses did not live in common, after marriage registration everyone remained to live in the place of registration.
