Fund "Sotsium": what types of a stewed meat and why buy to Russian Federation? Criteria of a choice

In July by order the Ural agro-industrial group (Uralagrogroup) Fund "Sotsium" conducted research of the market of canned meat in Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Novosibirsk the hall-test method, including poll and tasting of respondents. In it participated 300 men and women aged from 25 till 63 years, regularly using a stewed meat from beef, pork and chicken meat.
