Fighters of Tomsk group OMON received the state awards

To fighters of group OMON "Ratnik" handed over the state and departmental awards the chief of territorial managements to ROSGVARDIYA the police colonel Rais Aybatov. Rewarding was dated for the 31st anniversary from the date of educations group. The special policy group at Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation of the Tomsk region was created in September, 1992. Relatively recently, in 2016, OMON was included into structure of ROSGVARDIYA.
