Prosecutor's office of Karachayevsk city of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic in a judicial order demands compensation to teachers of a payment for passing of annual medical examination

Prosecutor's office of Karachayevsk city of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic carried out an inspection according to the appeal of pedagogical staff of the educational organization for the questions connected with passing of annual medical examinations. During check it is revealed that contrary to standards of the labor legislation of the teacher planned medical examination in 2023 passed at own expense. Compensation of expenses for passing of medical examination by the employer is not made.
