As reported in Transport prosecutor's office of the Voronezhsky settlement, the commander and at the same time the pilot of the plane executed fact-finding flight without the permission. In this regard criminal case about rendering services, safety not meeting the requirements life and health of consumers (p.1 Art. 238 of the criminal code of Russian Federation) is brought. According to militiamen, the man worked, without having convinced in safety the vehicle. Also it had no permission to use of air space in the conditions of a mode of restriction of flights.
