Prosecutor's office directed to court criminal case about illegal game activity with obtaining the income in the size more than 12 million rubles

Prosecutor's office of Stavropol Territory approved the indictment on criminal case concerning 46 members of criminal community. Depending on a role and extent of participation they are accused according to p.1 Art. 210 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the organization of criminal community) and subitem "and", h. 3 Art. 171.2 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (illegal organization and carrying out gamblings).
