The modern model library opened in Primorsky Territory

The model library within the national Culture project opened in Arsenyev, reports news agency of Russian information agency "Deyta.ru". The central city library – one of the oldest cultural institutions in Arsenyev. In 2017 she moved to the new address where is today.
