In Kuban to court directed case of plunder the builder of ₽28 million

Prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory directed to court case of plunder more than 28 million rubles allocated for capital repairs of apartment houses. The director of a civil engineering firm from Gelendzhik is accused on h. 4 Art. 159 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (plunder someone else's property by the deception, made with use of the official position, in especially large size), are reported by the department press service.
