This year President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin signed the decree about implementation of the pilot project directed on changes of levels of the highest educations. Experts told daily business newspaper "RBK daily" Rostov-on-Don that it means to higher education institutions the Photo South: Freepik the Project will last three academic years — with 2023 on 2026 and provides two such levels — basic (from 4 to 6 years) and a magistracy (from 1 to 3).
