Ministry industry and infrastructure development of Republic of Kazakhstan reports about development cargo transportation in the Caspian Sea: for January-August, 2023 the volume of the freights directed through seaports of Aktau and Kuryk, grew by 12%. Thus, volumes of the freights transported on the Transcaspian transport route, increased by 80%. The greatest growth - for 53% - is noted on oil transfer. Growth of ferry transportations - 12%.
