The chairman Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko expressed condolences in connection with death of people as a result of a major fire in Johannesburg. According to recent data, as a result of a fire in the five-floor building more than 70 people were lost. Cause of the fire which began early in the morning while remains to the unknown.
