The assembly hall of the youth and leisure center updated within the Culture national project opened in Smolino's settlement Volodarsky rayon. About it reported in Ministry cultures Nizhny Novgorod region. According to information, the center existing already of 25 years, serves the settlement in which lives about 2400 people, from them more than 700 people – youth till 35 years.
