Prosecutor's office of the Verkhneketsky district of the Tomsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 36-year-old local. He is accused on h. 3 Art. 260 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (the illegal cabin of forest plantings in especially large size). According to the investigators, in June, 2023 accused, without having allowing documents, at distance of 21 km from the item of Stepanovk Verkhneketsky district illegally cut 9 cedars, 4 firs and one fir-tree, than caused to the state material damage for the sum more than 680 thousand rubles.
