29 lieutenants of internal service filled up staff of correctional facilities and pre-trial detention centers of area. Among them 3 graduates – gold medallists, participants of reception of President of the Russian Federation and 11 ended departmental HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS with honors.
