More than 19 thousand inhabitants of Nakhodka (Primorsky Territory) remained without electricity owing to not planned blackout. Getty Images inform website "Gazeta Novye Izvestiya" with reference to service of information of regional prosecutor's offices. Incident happened around 9:30 (02:30 Moscow time).
