The international festival "Golden Ring" will take place to Vladimir Region

The largest international festival of national creativity in 2023 will take place for the 12th time. Creative collectives from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and six regions Russian Federation will meet on September 10 in Moscow and, after acquaintance to history and culture of the capital, will go to Vladimir. Here till September 15 the highly topical program which creative meetings and evenings of friendship, round tables, master classes and excursions entered is planned.
