Prosecutor's office of the Podosinovets district of the Kirov region carried out an inspection of performance of the housing legislation regarding provision of housing for orphan children and children without parental support. It is established that the 18-year-old orphan during receiving educations lived in a hostel of educational institution, however after the study termination she lost the right for using premises.
