Bread "on costs" is not guided any more by flour cost

Ministry for agriculture commented on the forecast NSKH about fast increase of selling prices of bakery production. Of the ministry are sure that the smooth rise in price of grain will not have impact on bread cost. The matter is that the prices now more are influenced by other factors: salary to the employees, electric power, logistics. Ministry for agriculture recognized that under listed articles of costs of bakeries really grow.
