The program of preferential investment crediting was started in August of last year thanks to combination of preferential crediting within the <13> Small and average business national project, and also the program of stimulation of crediting Central bank Russian Federation (Bank Russia) and JOINT-STOCK COMPANY "CORPORATION "SMALL FAMILY ENTERPRISE".
