Who from landowners will be able to receive a green standard

The list of terms for marking of goods organic productions is expanded. Producers should be accurater in selection of words for production placement. Since September 1, 2024 agricultural producers will be obliged to provide quality proofs for placement on packings the goods markings "bio" and "eko". Earlier the rule extended only on formulations "organik" and "organic", but 367-FZ expanded the list of definitions. The law provided also a number of exceptions.
