XI All-Russian congress of young scientists and students' scientific societies started today in space of "the Nizhny Novgorod Fair" in the youth Moscow – Nizhny Novgorod. Within a ceremonial opening of Congress at which there were more than 900 representatives of science, participants Nizhny Novgorod Region Davide Melik-Guseynov and the deputy minister of science and the highest educations greeted the chairman of Coordination council Marchenkov Nikita, the deputy governor Russian Federation Olga Petrova.
