Prosecutor's office of the Bakchar district of the Tomsk region approved the indictment on criminal case concerning the 35-year-old local. He is accused according to p.1 Art. 264.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (management by the mechanical vehicle the person which is in a state of intoxication, subjected to administrative punishment for a similar offense).
