A kind award — to the best people of a planet

On August 17, 2023 in Gallery of arts Zurab Konstantinovich Tsereteli, in the main Apple hall took place the XII delivery of the International award "Philanthropist" for outstanding achievements of disabled people in the field of culture and art. The awards received 18 winners selected by highly competent Jury from 310 participants competitions of 2023. These are surprising people to whom even the hardest vital conditions do not prevent to create and achieve tremendous results.
