State of emergency in Bosphorus in 2021-2023

2023 on August 23 navigation in Bosphorus was temporarily suspended in both directions because of engine breakage at the 244-meter oil Guanyin tanker. It is noted that the vessel went from Russian Federation to China. On January 16 the vessel MKK-1 following from Ukraine, ran aground in Bosphorus. After operation lasting more than four hours the bulk carrier was refloated and towed off to the mooring. The ban on navigation worked more than 10 hours.
