In this significant date, we pay a tribute of respect and admiration to one of symbols of our country. In the Main thing management Head department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters in Perm Territory there took place the festive event devoted to Day of National flag Russian Federation. To serve Russian Federation and to serve the people is a hard work and big responsibility. The staff who have in a festive atmosphere again arrived on service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations took the Oath. By tradition the holiday began with sounds of the solemn march executed by an orchestra of the Main thing of managements.
