Sega officially finished the transaction on acquisition of the Angry Birds developer — Rovio Entertainment Ltd.. In April company declared plans to make "the tender proposal" on Rovio acquisition by total cost of 706 million euros (776 mln. dollars). Today the official account of corporation in Twitter published Sonik's image, the Tail and Naklz in team with Angry Birds, having confirmed with that that merge is complete.
