Canada entered sanctions against three vessels and 15 Russians — investigators, prosecutors, judges and employees of Federal Penitentiary Service. The authorities of the country explained it with human rights violation to Russian Federation and reminded of sentences to Alexei Navalny and to Kara-Murza Vladimir (it is recognized as Ministry of Justice inoagenty).
