Prosecutor's office of the Lebyazhye district of the Kirov region on the basis of the arrived address of the local resident carried out an inspection of performance of the housing legislation. It is established that when determining like premises of the 75-year-old declarant the resursosnabzhayushchy company made a mistake. It led to incorrect calculation of the standard of consumption of a municipal resource (water supply) and to understating of the amount of compensation of the expenses incurred by the pensioner from November, 2022 till April, 2023.
