Bankruptcy demands victims

Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will solve, whether companies in anticipation of bankruptcies to transfer money on charity and whether it is possible to issue a donation as a loan. Lawyers say that uniform practice on a question in vessels is not present, but it is necessary to check, whether the debtor for a moment payments was solvent, whether it is affiliated with the recipient and on what money were really spent.
