For smoking on a balcony Russians risk to go to prison. The bases were called for this purpose by lawyer lawyer bureau Asterisk Vyacheslav Petrovich Klimov, writes magazine "Kommersant-Sekret firmy". The expert explained that the law does not forbid to smoke within own housing and on a personal balcony platform — just like that cannot punish for it. However if the smoker scatters stubs and ashes, him can lie down to responsibility.
