PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SEVASTOPOL directed to court criminal case on charge of the man of repeated commission of a sexual crime concerning the child

PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE SEVASTOPOL approved the indictment on criminal case concerning earlier judged 52-year-old man. He is accused on "and" h. 5 Art. 132 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (other actions of sexual character with use of a helpless condition of the victim, made concerning the minor the person having a criminal record for earlier committed crime against sexual inviolability of the minor) and on p.1 Art. 314.1 of the criminal code of Russian Federation (evasion from administrative supervision).
